ParkLake.org最新消息：土耳其的私人购物俱乐部markafoni已成为第一家仲裁.xxx域名的公司，根据世界知识产权组织（WIPO）消息，电子商务巨头markafoni于2011年12月29日提交了markafoni.xxx域名仲裁。

案例号：WIPO Case Number (D2011-2298)，提交仲裁公司是VIPINDIRIM，其实就是markafoni背后公司。根据TechCrunch去年七月的消息，Naspers集团已经收购了markafoni公司70%股权，大约价值2亿美元。

根据whois记录，markafoni.xxx注册于2011年12月6日，注册者貌似是来自伊斯坦布尔的yasin kaplan。我们知道，2011年12月6日，.xxx域名全球开放注册。

ICM Registry公开注册条款：“General Availability is when members of the adult Sponsored Community get regular, resolving names on a first come, first served basis.Non-members of the adult Sponsored Community can also get“Non-Resolving”names.”
